The foundation of our Law Firm began to be structured in the mid-1990s, when one of its founders entered law school and into professional internship, passing by a few of the main law firms in the country. With the commercial and financial liberation of the 90s, several legal challenges emerged to be faced in an unprecedented way, such as those arising from the activities of the new born regulatory agencies. So we started working with trade and international issues; as much as regulatory law itself.

During the 2000s, the country started to grow again, but at the end of the decade, Brazil was also facing consequences of the North American financial crisis which has collapsed economy worldwide. The challenges we faced in that period began with the massification of consumerist queries before judiciary and, in the end, we began to take care of corporate executives and their families. During this period, we have obtained relevant experience in the management of lawsuits and, also, started to work with assets protection; having accumulating expertise with corporate law whatsoever.

For the ten past years we have noticed the worst decade in Brazilian economic history for more than a hundred years. We went through a major political crisis and ended the decade with the biggest health crisis of our generation. In this scenario of uncertainties, in addition to assets-protection, legal challenges became to enterprise accurately, assertively and keeping pace with the development of business up to date. Challenges that we have carried out on daily basis with great enthusiasm, willingness and good sense of humor.
